Paul Popovici

Paul Popovici is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in performance management, recruitment, training, and employee benefits. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at CON-A since September 2023, Paul previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Somarest from March 2020 to September 2023. With a career spanning over 18 years at NTN-SNR, Paul advanced through various human resources positions, including coordination of Personnel, Payroll, and IT teams, while leading talent management processes and serving as a decisional representative in HR management. Additionally, Paul has experience as a trainer in HR analytics, legal consultancy for labor law, and sales management. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Criminal, and Labour Law from the Faculty of Law ‘Simion Barnutiu’ Sibiu.
