Steve Schultz

Steve Schultz has extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement within the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement and Director of Operations at Conagra Brands since March 2003. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Plant Manager at Nestlé from July 1999 to March 2003, and served as Operations Manager at Nestlé Purina North America from May 1989 to July 1999. Steve's educational background includes a degree from South Dakota State University, completed between 1984 and 1989, following an earlier education at Jackson High School from 1980 to 1984.
