Noel Webb

Noel Webb is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Investment Management at ConAm Management Corporation since April 2017, Noel oversees a nationwide portfolio of approximately 50,000 fee-managed and company-owned apartments. Previous roles include Vice President of Commercial & Industrial Lending at BofI Federal Bank, Adjunct Finance Faculty at the University of San Diego School of Business Administration, and Vice President of Finance at Newland, where significant real estate developments were managed. Additional experience includes positions at McGladrey Capital Markets, Fowler Flanagan Partners, JP Morgan, and Geneva Corporate Finance in the areas of investment banking, acquisitions, and mergers. Noel holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.
