Nourihan Rashdan- SPHRi is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at Concentrix and previously as Learning & Development Lead for EMEA. With a background as a Senior Organization Development Specialist at Nagwa and a Talent Management Specialist at EGIC, Nourihan has demonstrated expertise in enhancing employee performance and engagement.
