Qotrun Nadandi

Qotrun Nadandi has experience in various roles focused on customer service and problem-solving. Currently serving as an Advisor I at Concentrix since October 2024, Qotrun previously worked as a Booking Operation Center Specialist at Deliveree On-Demand Logistics from January 2022 to August 2024, where Qotrun effectively managed a high volume of 500 booking issues weekly, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of complex concerns. Additionally, Qotrun held a brief position as an Automation Engineer at PT Enerba Teknologi in early 2021. Qotrun holds a Sarjana Terapan degree in Teknik Otomasi Listrik Industri from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, completed in August 2021.
