Klinton Gibbons

Klinton Gibbons is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in property management and community operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Concord Companies since December 2024, Klinton previously held positions at Cardinal Group Companies, where roles included Area Manager and Senior Community Manager from October 2019 to December 2024. Earlier experience includes positions as Property Manager and Leasing Manager at M&A Real Estate Partners, and various leasing roles at Cardinal Group Management and Peak Campus. Klinton began a career in real estate while gaining early experience as a Community Assistant and a Business Assistant intern at Tate & Lyle. Klinton holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed in 2015.
