Erin Baybutt

Erin Baybutt (Hobson), CMP, currently serves as the Director of Meetings & Events at the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association since February 2023, following a role as Director of Meetings and Events for the ICPI-NCMA from June 2022 to February 2023. With extensive experience in event planning and management, Erin previously held the position of Manager of Meetings & Trade Shows at the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute from October 2015 to July 2022. Earlier work experience includes roles as Finance Manager and Sales Consultant at Ourisman Chantilly KIA, Event Planner for National Conferencing, Inc., Sales Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Dulles, and Catering Sales Manager at various hotels including IHG Hotels and Waterford at Springfield. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism Management from James Madison University.
