Jason Campbell

Jason Campbell serves as the Vice President of People & Experience at Condado Tacos since June 2023, leading HR initiatives for an organization comprising 2,100 employees across 50 restaurants and a production commissary. Prior to this, Jason held the position of Chief People and Brand Officer at Interim HealthCare RMC, overseeing a workforce of 3,400 employees and formulating strategic talent plans. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, Jason has previously worked at The Recruiting Team, LabCorp, Mount Carmel Health System, Brightstar Corp., Gate Gourmet, Wireless Vision, US Cellular, and has an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Purdue University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
