Catherine A. Tomasi

Catherine A. Tomasi currently serves as Chief Privacy Officer at Con Edison since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in privacy and compliance roles across prominent financial institutions. Prior to joining Con Edison, Catherine held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, focusing on privacy for the Private Banking Group from April 2017 to October 2021. Catherine's previous experience includes roles at Bank of America, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Vice President advising on privacy for Global Wealth Management to Assistant Vice President overseeing compliance reviews. Catherine’s career began at Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President, handling compliance with electronic communications regulations. Earlier roles included Accounts Manager at Record Transcripts, Inc., and Victim Specialist with the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Victim Assistance Program. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater from George Mason University.
