Joel Mário de Souza

Joel Mário de Souza, CMSE®, currently serves as the Gerente at the Instituto SENAI de Tecnologia em Automação, overseeing areas including innovation projects, productivity, energy, automation, and computational intelligence. Responsibilities include managing time, costs, teams, communication, and quality. In addition to this role, Joel Mário de Souza coordinates a multidisciplinary team involved in regulatory compliance and energy efficiency consulting. As a professor at IPOG, Joel Mário de Souza teaches a post-graduate course on standards and technical norms in civil construction. Joel Mário de Souza also acts as a judicial expert at TRT 18º, specializing in work-related inspections on safety and health regulations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho and an MBA in Engineering Project Management, while currently pursuing a degree in Law at IPOG.
