Aakash Minda

Aakash Minda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the CII Western UP Zone at the Confederation of Indian Industry since February 2024, Aakash also holds significant positions at Spark Minda, including Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director at Minda KTSN Plastic Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, and President at Minda Autoelektrik Ltd. A member of YPO New Delhi since July 2021 and Entrepreneurs' Organization New Delhi since June 2018, Aakash has demonstrated commitment to professional development and industry leadership. Previous roles include Vice Chairman of CII Western UP Zone from March 2023 to March 2024 and a Management Trainee at Schaeffler Group in 2012. Aakash's educational background includes pursuing an Owners/President Management program at Harvard Business School from August 2024 to November 2026, an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business (2015-2016), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from SMU Cox School of Business (2007-2011).
