Conie Mercader

Conie Mercader is an experienced professional currently serving as an Escalation Manager at Confluent since May 2022. Prior to this role, Conie held various positions at T-Systems Singapore from November 2010 to May 2022, including Head of Cloud Platform Services and Head of Data Centre Network Operations Singapore. Conie's experience also includes roles as an Account Manager in a family business, RCV Fruit Dealer, and multiple positions at eTelecare Global Solutions, where responsibilities spanned from technical support to subject matter expertise. Conie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Carlos and a degree in Secondary Education from the University of the Philippines.
