Peggy Wilson

Peggy Wilson is an accomplished leader in global real estate and workplace management, currently serving as the Director of Global Real Estate and Workplace at Confluent since May 2016. Under Peggy's leadership, the function has grown from 30 to over 3,000 full-time employees, focusing on optimizing workplace experiences in a remote-first setting and effectively managing a $20 million annual budget. Prior to Confluent, Peggy held key positions at Yahoo and Polyvore, including roles as Executive Assistant and Project Manager, and Operations and Office Manager, respectively. Peggy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in AgBusiness from California Polytechnic State University, a Master of Project Academy course in Project Management, and training in Sales Foundations at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
