Sumita Bhattacharjee

Sumita Bhattacharjee serves as VP of GTM Excellence and Americas Head of Commercial Solutions Engineering at Confluent since January 2021. Previously, Sumita worked at Amazon Web Services as the Leader of Solutions Architecture for Startups and Global Leader for Partner Solutions Architecture in the AWS SaaS Factory. At New Relic, Inc., Sumita advanced from Sr. Manager of Enterprise Solutions Engineering to Managing Global Sales Engineering teams. Sumita's prior experience includes roles at Qualys as a Technical Account Manager and Regional Team Lead, and an internship at Bosch Research & Technology Center focusing on 3D software development. Sumita holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
