Amber Marcellino

Amber Marcellino is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office, a position held since July 2007. Prior to this role, Amber served as the Director of Students and Young Alumni at the USF Alumni Association from September 2001 to July 2005. Amber holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Public Budgeting and Finance from The George Washington University, completed between 2005 and 2007, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Florida, earned from 1997 to 2001. Amber is also an alumna of Pine View School for the Gifted, graduating in 1997.
