Amy Zettle

Amy Zettle is an accomplished professional in the field of health policy and government affairs, currently serving as a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office since November 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of Principal Analyst at MACPAC from April 2019 to November 2024, and served as a Senior Analyst there as well. Amy’s earlier roles include Legislative Director for Health and Human Services at the National Governors Association from December 2017 to March 2019, and Director of Government Affairs at Cigna from June 2013 to December 2017. Amy began a career in healthcare analysis as an Associate Healthcare Analyst at Potomac Research Group, followed by an internship at GAO, and an initial position as a Client Service Analyst at Charles Schwab. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Policy in Health Policy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from John Carroll University.
