The club includes two 18-hole golf courses, outdoor and indoor tennis, outdoor and indoor swimming and many other amenities. Congressional opened in 1924 and its Blue Course has hosted three U.S. Opens and a PGA Championship. Founding life members include William H. Taft, Woodrow Wilson, Warren G. Harding, Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover.
