Cliff Leenards

Cliff Leenards is a consultant at Coniche, having started in October 2023, following a decade-long career at de Bijenkorf where various leadership roles were held including Lead Continuous Improvement Contact Center and Operational Coordinator. While at de Bijenkorf, significant contributions were made in establishing a new team focused on data-driven improvements and enhancing online customer service quality. Previous positions included Assistant Department Manager in the Men's Fashion and Footwear departments, Coordinator for the Storepower Project during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Premium Service Employee, along with co-founding Kameleonz - Nederland and work as a sales employee at Digros. Cliff Leenards earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Small Business and Retail Management from Haagse Hogeschool and attended the Amsterdam School of International Business.
