Lee Newton

Lee Newton is a seasoned professional in the field of broadcasting and fundraising, currently serving as the Director of Pledge & Special Promotions at Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network since March 2021. In addition to this role, Lee serves as the Director of On-Air Fundraising for CPTV/WNPR since January 2018, and has held the position of Director of Program Promotion at Connecticut Public Broadcasting. With a robust freelance career that began in 2001 as a TV Host and Voiceover Talent, Lee also held roles including Director of Communication for Individual Giving at Connecticut Public Broadcasting from 2013 to 2018, and Director of National Programming Communications at Connecticut Public Television from 1998 to 2010. Lee is an alumnus of Hanover College.
