With more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, (MBNA, Bank of America) Ms. Morgan has worked in various facets of the business, including, Marketing Research, Marketing Communications, Product Development and Operations. She is currently responsible for retention strategies for Barclays Bank’s US consumer card business.

She has spent many years working with non-profits dedicated to providing better education and more opportunities for children in underserved communities. She states her desire to do more for others as the reason for taking advantage of the opportunity to be a part of this organization.
