Justin Dance

Justin Dance, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Connections Credit Union, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Financial Analyst at Fresca Mexican Foods and as a Business Analyst at Clearwater Analytics, where responsibilities included enhancing productivity through data analysis. Justin's experience encompasses auditing as an Associate at KPMG and earlier roles in technical problem-solving, including positions as a Technician at LEVT. A strong foundation in coaching was built while serving as the Varsity Basketball Coach at Shoshone Bannock Jr/Sr High School. Justin's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, alongside a Master's in Accounting, and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance, all obtained from Idaho State University.
