Mohammed Latif

Mohammed Latif is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as an L3 Dedicated Tech at ConnectWise since November 2010, Mohammed has also held the position of Dedicated Tech. Prior experience includes working as an IT Support Technician at Continuum from July 2012 to February 2019 and as a Help Desk Technician and Customer Service Representative at Zenith Infotech from November 2010 to June 2012. Mohammed Latif holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University, completed in October 2010, and graduated from St. Augustine High School in 2004.
