Stephen Katz

Stephen Katz is a seasoned corporate attorney specializing in M&A and securities law, currently serving as a Partner at Connell Foley LLP since March 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Partner and Chairman of the Corporate Practice at Peckar & Abramson, P.C. from 2004 to March 2022. Stephen began legal career as an Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from 1994 to 1999. Stephen obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law (1989-1992) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania (1985-1989). Early education was completed at Spring Valley Senior High School (1983-1985).
