Tim Wells

Tim Wells is an experienced surveyor with a career spanning over two decades in the surveying industry, currently serving as a Surveyor at Connells Survey & Valuation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held positions including Residential Surveyor at Pinnacle Surveyors and Area Surveyor at Connells Survey & Valuation. Tim's earlier experience includes working as a Surveyor at Miller Metcalfe Surveyors and Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, as well as serving as an Associate Surveyor at Countrywide Surveyors, where expertise in residential mortgage valuations and Homebuyer reports was developed. In addition to surveying, Tim has also worked as a Caricature Artist at Wellys Caricatures, specializing in live and gift caricature work. Education was completed at King Edward VII School in Lytham from 1982 to 1990.
