Michael Prestileo

Michael Prestileo joined the Board in 2021. He serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy, Product, & Underwriting for Guardian Life's Group Benefits business since 2020. Prior to that, Michael held senior executive leadership roles at both Lincoln Financial Group and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
