Roger Pauls

Roger Pauls has extensive experience in trade and export compliance, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at ConocoPhillips since 2012, where responsibilities include implementing global export compliance policies, training, and conducting business unit assessments. Prior to this role, Roger held positions at Plexus from 2006 to 2011 as Director of Defense Services, overseeing compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and serving as an ITAR Empowered Official. Roger's career began at LaBarge, Inc., where roles included Proposal Manager and Contracts Specialist from 1989 to 2006, focusing on managing bids, proposals, and contract administration.
