Caroline Priou

Caroline Priou is a financial and management expert with extensive experience in public sector finance and evaluation. Currently serving as Responsable Contrôle de Gestion Observatoire Evaluation and Directrice Adjointe DIFAJE at Conseil départemental de Meurthe-et-Moselle since May 2022, Caroline has developed a strong background in financial analysis, management of budgeting cycles, and quality control through ISO standards. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Directrice Finances et Evaluation at Bassin de Pompey for over a decade, where responsibilities included financial analysis and reporting, fiscal management, and oversight of a team of accountants. As a Senior Consultant at Eurogroup Consulting from 2008 to 2011, projects focused on organizational reorganization and performance improvement for significant national and public entities.
