Marcel Ferrada

Marcel Ferrada is an experienced professional in the fields of administration and coaching, currently serving as the Diretor Técnico at OPSERV CONS REC HUMANOS, where responsibilities include developing strategies and tools for client projects, monitoring project progress, and coordinating meetings with involved professionals. As a founding member of the Grupo de Excelência em Coaching at the Conselho Regional de Administração de São Paulo (CRA-SP) since March 2006, Marcel Ferrada has contributed to the creation of guidelines for coaching practices among administrators. Additionally, Marcel Ferrada has an academic role as a Professor Adjunct at Universidade Paulista and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Psychiatry and Medical Psychology at UNIFESP, following a Master's degree in Administration from Universidade Paulista.
