Lara Allison possesses extensive experience in scheduling and logistics management across various sectors, including construction, energy, and military operations. Currently serving as Senior Scheduling Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. since July 2018, Lara previously held significant roles at Eversource Energy and the US Coast Guard, where responsibilities ranged from supervising integrated planning and scheduling to managing logistics for complex operations across the Pacific region. Lara's military service includes leadership positions such as Executive Officer of a 600-person unit and Industrial Manager, overseeing extensive vessel repair and civil construction operations. Educated at Purdue University with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and the US Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Lara combines strong technical acumen with comprehensive hands-on experience in project management and education in mathematics.
