The Branch Operations Team at Consolidated Bank Ghana LTD is responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of all CBG branches across the 13 regions of Ghana. This team ensures compliance with banking regulations, manages daily branch activities, optimizes customer service delivery, and implements operational policies. They also provide support and guidance to branch staff to maintain smooth and effective operations.
