Emmanuelle Cochard

Emmanuelle Cochard serves as General Counsel and an Executive Committee Member at Consolis since September 2006. With prior experience as Legal Counsel in Corporate at IXIS CIB and as an Associate Lawyer at Cabinet Ayache in Paris, Emmanuelle has expertise in private equity, acquisition finance, and M&A. Emmanuelle's legal career began at Cabinet Wilde Sapte, later Tordjman & Associés, where skills were developed in banking and M&A. Educational credentials include a DEA in International Economic Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and studies at Sciences Po, coupled with membership in the Barreau de Paris since 2001.
