Alexandra Thaler

Alexandra (Sasha) Thaler is a legal professional with extensive experience in employment and labor law. Currently a Partner at Constangy and Co-Chair of the Workplace Investigations Practice Group since November 2023, Sasha also serves as a 2023 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Previously, Sasha practiced at Armstrong Teasdale LLP as a Partner, providing legal counsel to employers in various industries on a wide range of employment issues. Prior to that, Sasha held a partnership at Bello Welsh LLP, engaging in all aspects of employment law, including litigation and compliance. Sasha's early career includes positions as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and as a Summer Associate at Tyler Cooper & Alcorn LLP. Sasha received a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Cognitive Science from Yale University.
