John Shrader

John Shrader is a seasoned software engineering professional with a robust background in both frontend and backend development. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and Engineering Team Lead at Constant Contact since September 2021, John has contributed to the delivery of new features and integrations using Agile methodologies. Prior to this role, John gained experience as a Junior Software Engineer at SharpSpring, which was acquired by Constant Contact, and as a Software Engineer at Foqal, where John integrated backend GraphQL APIs and developed frontend components with React and TypeScript. John’s entrepreneurial experience includes founding Legacy Creations, which offered handmade items, and Shrader Media LLC, focused on artistic business messaging. Earlier experience also includes positions at Encell Technology, ThemeWorks, and UPS. Educational achievements include training at Rithm School and degrees from Rasmussen and Santa Fe College.
