Stephanie French is a seasoned professional in content management and customer training with over a decade of experience at Constant Contact. Currently serving as Senior Content Manager for Webinars, Stephanie has progressed through various roles since joining the company in 2010, including Webinar Content Developer and Customer Success Specialist, where notable improvements in customer engagement were achieved. Prior to Constant Contact, Stephanie cultivated leadership and training skills as a Guest Service Attendant at Target. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business-Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
