Rasheedah Ford

Rasheedah Ford is an experienced engineer currently serving as an ALDP Lean Engineer at Atkore since July 2022. Previous roles include a System Engineering Intern at Lockheed Martin and a Coating Co-Op at BASF. In addition, Rasheedah gained valuable experience as a Supply Quality Intern at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, focusing on the creation of a Training Manual for Electrical Failures. Other notable positions include serving as a Student Researcher at Morehouse School of Medicine and an Intern at Sodexo. Rasheedah holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Certificate in Biotechnology from Morehouse School of Medicine.
