Yves de Balmann

Yves de Balmann is an accomplished board member with extensive experience in multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for SONOMA VALLEY HOSPITAL FOUNDATION and Constellation, where also holds the position of Chairman of the Compensation and Leadership Committee, Yves has had a notable tenure in various sectors. Previous board roles include positions at ESI Group, Finalsite, Exelon, Sweetwater Spectrum - Life with Purpose, Conversant I.P. as Chairman, Laureate International Universities, and Bregal Investments as Co-Chairman. Yves de Balmann also served as Global Head of Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University and an Ingenieur degree in Mathematics and Physics from École Polytechnique.
