Emmanuel Cagniart

Emmanuel Cagniart is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in internal control and financial reporting. Since March 2021, Emmanuel has served as the CFO at the Constellium C-TEC R&D center, while concurrently holding the role of Internal Audit Senior at Constellium since November 2015. Emmanuel has successfully implemented significant initiatives to enhance financial reporting processes and compliance, achieving Group SOX compliance in an 18-month timeframe and delivering notable savings through efficiency improvements. Prior roles include financial controller at LEONI and Valeo, where Emmanuel focused on profitability monitoring and project forecasting. Emmanuel's career began at Mazars in various auditing and outsourcing roles, complemented by a Master's degree in Finance/Fiscalité from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
