Juanita Pienaar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, content creation, and media editing. Currently serving as a QA Specialist at Construct since November 2020, Juanita collaborates with Learning Designers and Project Managers to review and ensure the quality of educational content. Previously, Juanita held roles as Marketing & Media Editor and Editorial Assistant/Contributing Writer at Bizcommunity.com, and served as Content Creator/Manager at Lumico (Pty) Ltd. Early career highlights include working as an Internal Communication Officer at WNS Global Services SA and as an Entertainment Writer for Media24 (Pty) Ltd, where Juanita produced articles, conducted interviews, and managed TV schedules. Juanita holds a BA in Film Studies and Media and Writing from the University of Cape Town.
