Having our roots deeply dug in the U.A.E, Construction & Building Engineering was founded in 1969 as one of the earliest construction businesses in Dubai. 

CBE is owned by Major General Juma Obaid Al Sayegh Ahli and his son Ahmed Juma Al Sayegh Ahli. Under their guidance, the reputation of CBE was cemented through the utilization of highly skilled personnel, labor and resources to ensure that all contracts and commitments are executed in accordance with the time frame, cost and specifications established.

CBE has the necessary resources to construct multi-story buildings and has the required experience to do infilling works, shoring, basements, plus traditional, heritage buildings and other specialist works. In its vast experience CBE has developed the reputation of being a safe, secure and trusted construction company by combining both proven records of top performance, high quality products and attention to detail.
