Keith Welker

Keith Welker's role at CDI is to conduct research and analyze data with the goal of continually improving the learning tools, understanding the learners, and building CDI's research and development work with corporate clients. Before coming to CDI, Keith was an assistant professor Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he conducted research on relationships and aggression and taught courses on personality, statistics, and social psychology. He also earned a PhD in Social Psychology from Wayne State University and received post-doctoral training at the University of Oregon and the University of Colorado Boulder.
