Rolando Garcia Espichan

Rolando Garcia Espichan currently serves as Jefe de campo at CONSTRUCTORA INARCO PERÚ, overseeing the expansion of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. Previously, Rolando held multiple roles at Besco Perú, including Sub Jefe de Producción for various multifamily housing projects, such as Duetto, Magnolia, and Reserva, administering complex structures with significant residential capacity. Additionally, Rolando contributed to quality management in projects like Altaluz and Nogales. Earlier career positions included roles in production and quality assistance, as well as a technical management role at GR Inversiones e Ingeniería and Hidrogas. Rolando holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and a Postgraduate degree in Construction Management from UPC.
