Amy Flynn

Amy Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and management. Currently serving as Founding Partner at CatMa Consulting since October 2022, Flynn previously held the role of Managing Director at Grant Thornton LLP from October 2018 to October 2022, and Managing Director at TayganPoint Consulting Group from 2010 to October 2018. Flynn's career also includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Growth River, LLC, and as a Consultant in Decision Consulting at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Whatman, PA Consulting, and Johnson & Johnson, where roles spanned engineering, business development, and marketing. Flynn holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, an MBA from Rutgers Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Rutgers University, and is a certified coach from the Leadership Institute of Seattle.
