Shashwat Sangole

Shashwat Sangole is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Trainee at Larsen & Toubro since July 2024. Previously, Shashwat worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Adani Wilmar Limited from November 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included creating engineering documentation for equipment specifications, assessing project scope and requirements, and coordinating subcontracting and outsourcing processes to mitigate production issues. Shashwat holds a Master of Technology in Material Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, obtained in July 2024, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University, completed in 2020.
