Rafael Botello is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Contec, Inc. since 2020, Rafael oversees the company's Spartanburg operations, including Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Previously, Rafael held the position of Director of North American Operations at Texwipe from 2014 to 2019, managing multi-site operations focused on critical cleaning consumables. Rafael's earlier roles include General Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Plant Manager at PharMEDium Healthcare and Trex Company, and Business Unit Manager at ETHICON Johnson & Johnson. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
