Lenore Karafa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Partner at First In since September 2022, Lenore is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and providing opportunities for those who have served. As Board President at Bunker Labs, Lenore fosters a supportive network for veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Head of People at Citadel, where oversight of HR functions for over 500 employees was a key responsibility, and Managing Partner at McChrystal Group, providing strategic advisement to executives across various sectors. Lenore's background also includes significant contributions at SoFi, Bank of America, and military service as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Academically, Lenore holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in History from the United States Naval Academy.
