Kristen Jimenez, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and administrative support within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director and Talent Acquisition Manager at Conti Civil, LLC since February 2007, Kristen manages the recruiting process, develops recruiting strategies, and ensures a seamless hiring process for new employees. Previous roles include serving as Assistant to the CEO and Estimating Administrator at Conti Civil, where support was provided to the Estimating department in managing bids and proposals. Prior experience at ABB Susa, Inc. involved roles as an Administrative Assistant and HR Administrative Assistant, where recruitment and onboarding processes for international projects were efficiently coordinated.
