Douglas Cochrane

Douglas Cochrane is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive sector, currently serving as Vice President at Continental since April 2003. In the capacity of Vice President Quality and Head of Portfolio & Sales for the Connected Car Network, Douglas Cochrane leads strategic initiatives in portfolio management, innovation, and sales for the Infotainment & Connectivity Business Unit. Previous roles include Business Director for both the Infotainment & Connectivity Business Unit and a focus on Head Unit & Telematics business with a premium German automotive company, where responsibilities included business acquisition and P&L oversight. Early career experience encompasses project management of connectivity and telematics products, as well as roles at Motorola and Visteon in program and manufacturing engineering. Douglas Cochrane holds a BEng Hons degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
