Dr. Ismail Dagli

Dr. Ismail Dagli serves as the Executive Vice President of the Business Area Autonomous Mobility and Commercial Vehicles at Continental since April 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing autonomous mobility and driver assisting systems across all markets. Additionally, Dr. Dagli holds the position of Member of the Supervisory Board at Elektrobit since January 2021, and previously worked at Bosch from October 2015 to April 2020 as Senior Vice President with global P&L responsibility for electrical steering systems. Earlier roles include Vice President of Engineering and Project Management at Bosch USA and various positions at Daimler AG, where expertise in functional safety for advanced driver-assistance systems was developed. Dr. Dagli holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Tübingen, an MSc in Distributed Systems Engineering from Brunel University of West London, and a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen.
