Jan-Philipp Behrndt

Jan-Philipp Behrndt is an experienced manufacturing and operations leader with a strong background in several industries. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing EMEA and India at Continental since January 2018, Jan-Philipp has held various roles including Plant Manager and Interim Plant Manager in Mexico. Recent positions include Vice President at Benecke-Kaliko S.A. and Geschäftsführer at Hornschuch Stolzenau GmbH, both starting in February 2024. Prior experience at Benecke-Kaliko AG spans from 2008 to 2017 in roles such as Operations Manager and Process Engineer. Jan-Philipp holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in Produktionstechnik from Hochschule Hannover and has participated in executive education programs at London Business School and Hult Ashridge.
