Joseph Scott

Joseph Scott is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic operations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Portfolio Operations at Continuim Equity Partners since July 2022, Joseph oversees portfolio companies to ensure strategic execution and performance goals. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Chief Executive Officer of VSMPO-Tirus, US, managing a $500 million titanium business with notable revenue growth. Experience also includes roles at Howmet Aerospace, where Joseph focused on M&A for a $7 billion global firm, and as Director of Strategy and Operational Planning at Arconic. Joseph began their career at Alcoa, directing strategic assessments and operational enhancements, and held earlier positions in consulting and operations management. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree from Brown University and a Master's degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
